Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support (Wealth Management) role based in Pune City. The role involves assisting clients with queries related to financial planning, investment products, and insurance offerings, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving issues, guiding clients through wealth management processes, and updating customer records in internal systems.

The Customer

Support professional will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases, follow compliance procedures,



and maintain service quality standards. The position requires a client-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of financial planning and general finance concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Understanding of investments and investment management, including basic products and risk-reward considerations.
- Familiarity with insurance products and their role in comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric and professional approach.
- Ability to work in office in Pune City, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Prior experience in customer support, banking, financial services, or wealth management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, documentation systems, and basic office software.
