Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Executives for the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance process. The role involves handling customer interactions, explaining insurance products, and supporting sales activities.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries professionally
- Explain insurance products and services
- Generate sales through effective communication and pitching
- Assist customers with relevant information
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions




- Achieve assigned performance and sales targets

Requirements
- HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with insurance sales
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills
- Prior experience in voice process, sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage

Shift Details
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Rotational week off
