Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (Immediate Joiners - 35k), based in Bengaluru.

The Customer Support

Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include logging and updating customer cases, troubleshooting basic issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensuring follow-up until resolution. The role involves maintaining service quality standards, adhering to company policies, and contributing feedback to improve processes and customer experience.



The representative is expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a polite, professional tone in all customer communications.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to listen actively, show patience, and manage difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or ticketing systems, email, and common office applications.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, or service-based roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, in rotating shifts if required, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any field is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn quickly, and readiness to join immediately.
