Vision India Insurance is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about company products and services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Resolve customer concerns and queries professionally and efficiently. Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required. Ensure timely responses to customer queries.



Support day-to-day customer service and related administrative activities. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Eligibility &

Skills Education: Any Computer Science Degree. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Valuable customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
