Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Executive who will be responsible for handling client queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Assist clients with event-related information, bookings, payments, and other concerns.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of client interactions, queries, and feedback.
- Identify recurring client issues and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.




- Manage multiple queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and communication tools.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in customer support, client servicing, hospitality, events, or a similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Mandatory Requirements

- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Must be flexible with work requirements and client support schedules.
- Robust willingness to take ownership and resolve client concerns.
