Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Lead renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities with the sales team.
- Build solid relationships with operators, plant managers, and client leadership.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product, engineering, and service teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in customer success, account management, or customer support.
- Experience working with ETP, STP, or WTP plants—or in another relevant water or wastewater treatment industry—is essential.
- Strong communication, Excel, data analysis, reporting, and client-presentation skills.
- Experience managing customer adoption, renewals, and long-term relationships.
