We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused candidate Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining a lively and welcoming environment at our gaming/amusement center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Promote ongoing activities, games, and offers to increase engagement
- Ensure customers are actively involved and enjoying their experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic environment
- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, confident, and presentable personality
- Customer-first attitude with a positive mindset
- Ability to handle crowd and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Freshers can also apply

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in customer service / hospitality / retail is a plus
- Basic understanding of customer engagement and promotions
