Position: Customer Service Associate (Inbound Voice).

Location: Noida , UP Process: Consumer Durables – Inbound Voice Process Employment Type: Part time Joining: Immediate Job Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with product-related queries. Register service requests and complaints. Provide information on electronic appliances and consumer durable products. Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate call records in the system.

Eligibility

Hindi speakers only. Graduate (any discipline). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Good Hindi communication skills.

Basic

English knowledge will be an added advantage. Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.

Shift Details
