Role Description The Customer Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable toys, infant products, and stationery items.

The representative will handle in-store sales, assist with product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized, and process billing and payments accurately. Daily responsibilities also include answering customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. The role may involve supporting inventory checks,



participating in promotional activities, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a consistent, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage politely and professionally with a diverse range of shoppers.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems, handling cash or digital payments, and understanding product features and benefits.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Lucknow, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and accurate records.
