Customer Relationship & Sales

- Follow up on samples, product trials, pending enquiries and orders.




- Call and track last dispatch status, rates given to inactive customers and coordinate with them for revive
- Plan minimum 8- 10 customer visits through Field sales person if required for lost/inactive customers after initial telephonic follow-up.
- Coordinate with customers and the Dispatch Team to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and highlight pending activities to management.
- Track competitor products, pricing, customer requirements and market developments.
- Achieve assigned sales, customer conversion and business development targets
