About the Job: We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive – Wholesale Sales to manage relationships with our wholesale customers, dealers, retailers, distributors and business clients. This is a B2B/Wholesale Sales support and customer relationship role.

Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing wholesale customers and business clients. Regularly communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email. Follow up for repeat orders and new business requirements.

Handle customer enquiries and coordinate quotations/orders. Follow up on pending orders and customer confirmations. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Dispatch teams. Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices and customer payment queries.

Keep customers updated about production, order and dispatch status. Handle customer complaints, quality issues, shortages and delivery concerns. Ensure customer issues are followed through to closure. Maintain customer and order records in CRM/ERP/Excel.

Follow up with inactive/dormant wholesale customers. Build relationships with key/high-value customers. Identify repeat sales,



upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collect customer feedback and market information.

Maintain daily/weekly customer follow-up reports.

Mandatory Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in Wholesale Sales / B2B Sales / Client Servicing / Customer Relations.

Experience dealing with business customers is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer follow-up skills.

Experience handling customer complaints. Good coordination and problem-solving skills. Basic MS Excel knowledge. Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone and email for customer communication. Robust ownership and follow-through.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in: Textile | Sarees | Apparel | Garments | Fashion | Handicrafts | Handloom | Home Textiles | B2B Trading | Wholesale Distribution Candidates who have dealt with retailers, dealers, distributors, multi-brand outlets or institutional buyers will be preferred. EducationGraduate in any discipline. Relevant B2B/wholesale experience will be given higher preference.
