Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Green Evo Tech Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, service coordination, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries
- Record and update customer requests
- Follow up on service requests and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- Maintain customer records and feedback
- Support day-to-day customer care activities
Preferred Qualification: Any Degree / BBA / B.Com or related qualification Skills: Valuable Malayalam communication, basic English, customer handling, computer knowledge, and basic MS Office skills
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
