Role Description The CTO / Technical Co-Founder will lead Synthrova’s overall technology vision, strategy, and execution as a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area. This role involves designing and evolving the core decision infrastructure platform, overseeing architecture and scalability, and guiding the end-to-end software development lifecycle from prototype to production. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product, business, and operations stakeholders to align technical decisions with market needs, and will build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on technical leadership, code and architecture reviews, roadmap planning, project delivery oversight,



and establishing best practices for security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Development experience, including building scalable, distributed systems and working with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Demonstrated Product Development skills, including translating customer and business needs into technical requirements and delivering production-ready features.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with the ability to define technical roadmaps, system design standards, and long-term platform evolution.
- Proven Project Management capabilities for planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple initiatives, with a focus on timelines, quality, and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience leading and growing engineering teams, with inclusive leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across diverse functions.
- Background in data-intensive, analytics, or enterprise platforms; familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security best practices.
- Ability to operate in an early-stage startup environment, including comfort with ambiguity, hands-on problem solving, and ownership mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
