About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and communication throughout the customer journey.

You will work closely with Sales, Design, Project Management, and Site teams to ensure customers receive timely updates and a smooth, skilled experience.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage communication and relationships with prospective and existing customers.

· Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and regular communication.

· Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.

· Track leads, follow-ups, pending actions, and customer commitments.

· Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements, project updates, and concerns.

· Keep customers informed about project progress, timelines,



milestones, and deliverables.

· Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

· Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

· Prepare basic CRM and customer-related reports for management.

What You Should Have

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 2+ years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Customer Success, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.

· Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

· Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks with attention to detail.

· Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or Edtech will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
