Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Cell Executive role based at Apollo CVHF Hospitals in Ahmedabad.

The Credit Cell

Executive will manage and monitor patient credit accounts, verify financial details, and ensure adherence to hospital credit policies and approval processes. The role includes coordinating with billing, finance, and front-office teams to process credit approvals, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of credit limits and outstanding balances.



The executive will interact with patients, families, and corporate/insurance partners to clarify credit terms, address queries, and support timely bill settlement. Daily responsibilities also involve preparing credit reports, following up on dues, supporting audits, and contributing to productive revenue cycle management and risk control.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong credit control and credit management skills to manage patient accounts, limits, and approvals effectively.
- Candidates should possess finance and analytical skills to interpret billing data, assess credit risk, and support accurate reporting.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to communicate clearly with patients, families, and corporate partners and handle sensitive financial discussions professionally.
- Relevant experience in hospital billing, healthcare finance, or credit operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and hospital information systems, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with ethical conduct and respect for patient confidentiality, is required.
