Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our on-site team in Hyderabad . This role is suited to early-career editors who pair strong technical skills with a genuine instinct for storytelling. It goes beyond editing clips you will be part of a team shaping how Telangana is seen, felt, and remembered through powerful visuals and stories.

You will conceptualise, create, and edit high-quality content that resonates on social platforms. The role calls for sharp storytelling instincts, a deep understanding of social media behaviour, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives. Collaboration with the creative team is central to building meaningful, high-impact content.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow within one team and build long-term expertise, not juggle multiple freelance engagements. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities





- Conceptualise and execute original, out-of-the-box content ideas
- Edit high-quality videos with strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual clarity
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and audience behaviour
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams
- Maintain high quality while consistently experimenting with recent formats and ideas
- Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with the brand's intent and voice

Qualifications

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content dynamics
- Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content
- High attention to detail, rhythm, and overall content quality
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and evolve creatively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Freshers and interns with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply, demonstrated skill matters more than years of experience

Tools & Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Hands-on experience with CapCut and DaVinci Resolve
- Comfort working across multiple content formats and styles
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is a strong advantage
