Techstas Global Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 1.5–2 years of experience to create engaging, high-quality video content for marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, a good understanding of visual storytelling,

and experience working with AI-powered video creation tools. The candidate should be capable of transforming concepts, scripts, raw footage, and creative ideas into polished and engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce marketing, promotional, corporate, and social media videos.

Create AI-generated videos and AI presenter/AI avatar videos using modern AI platforms.

Produce product explainer videos, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and short form content.

Edit and enhance raw footage with appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, music, sound effects,

subtitles, and visual elements.

Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, and visual sequences based on project requirements.

Work with AI tools to generate, enhance, or modify video content and visual assets.

Create engaging short-form videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn,

and other digital platforms.

Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, transitions, and other visual effects where required.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to develop campaign and promotional content.

Maintain consistent brand identity, visual style, typography, colors, and messaging across video content.

Repurpose existing content into different formats and aspect ratios for various social media platforms.

Ensure videos are delivered within the required timelines and meet quality standards.

Keep up to date with AI video tools, editing techniques, social media trends, and digital content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications





1.5–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related field.

Robust hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After

Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Basic to advanced knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, typography, color correction,

and sound editing.

Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and creative direction.

Experience creating short-form videos, reels, advertisements, promotional content, and social media videos.

Ability to work with scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, stock footage, AI-generated assets, and raw video footage.

Good understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform requirements.

Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating AI presenter, AI avatar, and AI commercial videos.

Strong proficiency in professional video editing and post-production workflows.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

Experience in creating product videos, brand films, promotional campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.

Ability to develop creative concepts independently from a brief.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, promotional videos, reels,

or AI-generated content.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, visually strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools while maintaining professional video quality and strong storytelling.

A portfolio/showreel of previous video editing and AI video work is highly preferred.
