Creative Strategist - CMO.LTD

CTC: ₹2–3 LPA

We're a performance marketing agency running paid media, tracking, and creative for clients across India, GCC, and Canada. We need a strategist who lives content, not just studies it. Someone who's built their own audience and knows what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll do

- Build campaign strategy from data and audience insights
- Translate insights into content direction and creative briefs
- Track trends across platforms and adapt quick
- Work with the creative team to execute campaigns
- Own campaign performance from strategy to output

You need:
- Have personally run and grown your own social media channel or brand
- Deep understanding of content, formats, and what performs
- Strong grasp of current platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to turn insights into actionable creative direction
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts

Bonus:
- Agency or performance marketing experience
- Experience briefing designers/editors
