Role Description The Creative Director role at Neytt Homes Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Alleppey, responsible for leading the overall creative vision and execution for the brand’s luxury rug and carpet collections.

The Creative

Director will develop and articulate cohesive creative strategies for product lines, branding, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Neytt’s heritage and high-fashion positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing concept development, directing art and design teams, reviewing and refining visual assets,



and collaborating with artisans, designers, and external artists to produce original, creative collections. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, guiding graphic design for digital and print collateral, and partnering with leadership on product launches, look books, and showroom experiences.

The Creative

Director will also mentor the creative team, manage timelines and approvals, and stay current on global design trends, materials, and interior styling practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills with a track record of leading concept-to-execution projects for design-led brands.
- Expertise in Branding and Art Direction to develop and maintain a distinctive, consistent visual identity across products and communications.
- Experience in luxury, interior, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for materials, textures, color, and spatial design.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to mentor multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Alleppey and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
