We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Creative Designer to take ownership of the brand’s visual communication across packaging, print, social media, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in CorelDRAW and print production with creative skills in video editing, social media design, and D2C performance creatives. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple creative requirements, and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Packaging & Print Design

- Create accurate, print-ready designs for product labels, boxes, sleeves, stickers, hangtags, and festive gifting packaging.
- Prepare files in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, PDF, and other required formats.
- Work with packaging dielines, bleed, crop marks, CMYK profiles, spot colors, and print specifications.
- Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors for color proofs, paper GSM, finishes, foiling, embossing, UV, and other production requirements.
- Ensure final artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.

2. Video Editing & Performance Ads
- Create engaging 9:16 vertical videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, Stories, and Meta advertising.
- Edit raw footage into attention-grabbing videos with strong first 3-second hooks, captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, and sound effects.
- Develop multiple creative variations by testing different hooks,



CTAs, visuals, pacing, and audio.
- Create product videos, promotional videos, UGC-style creatives, and performance-focused ad content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creatives aimed at improving engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.

3. Social Media & Digital Design
- Design daily social media creatives, carousels, stories, promotional posts, and campaign assets.
- Create visually appealing creatives aligned with the brand’s luxury home décor and lifestyle positioning.
- Design website banners, collection visuals, landing-page graphics, and product infographics for Shopify.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, imagery, layouts, and overall visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, packaging design, digital design, and/or video editing.
- Expert-level CorelDRAW knowledge is mandatory, particularly for packaging, print layouts, dielines, and prepress production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of CapCut or other short-form video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of print production and prepress requirements, including:




- CMYK & RGB color profiles
- Bleed and crop marks
- Spot colors
- Dielines
- Barcode placement
- Paper GSM and finishes
- Matte/gloss/UV finishes
- Foiling and embossing
- Strong understanding of packaging design and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, Stories, and short-form video formats.
- Understanding of D2C/performance creative concepts such as hook-based content, problem-solution creatives, before/after, product demonstrations, unboxing, UGC-style content, and strong CTAs.
- Ability to create multiple creative variations quickly for performance testing.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Experience designing for e-commerce/Shopify brands will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing print-ready artwork.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, home décor, lifestyle, beauty, gifting, packaging, or consumer brands will be preferred.

What We’re Looking For A creative qualified who can seamlessly handle both technical print production and modern digital content creation—from preparing a packaging file for the printer to producing a high-performing Instagram Reel or Meta ad.

Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share relevant examples of packaging/print designs, social media creatives, and short-form video/performance ads.
