Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter. Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams for product availability. Follow company policies regarding jewellery handling, customer service, and security.

Maintain records of customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers. Support repeat business and customer retention.
