Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Jaipur. The Counselor will guide prospective and current students in selecting suitable CAD, CAM, and CAE courses, based on their interests, academic background, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, explaining course structures and outcomes, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

The role also involves regular follow-ups with leads, coordinating with training faculty and administrative teams,



and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars or events to increase awareness of CAD DESK programs.

Qualifications

- Student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand individual needs and suggest appropriate courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge or interest in CAD, CAM, and CAE training programs, with the ability to explain course offerings clearly.
- Organizational and record-keeping skills to manage admissions, documentation, and student information accurately.
- Customer service orientation and a supportive attitude toward learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using computers and office productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or admissions software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with internal teams, and meet enrollment or performance targets.
- Minimum qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; prior experience in counseling, education, or training institutes is preferred.
