Role Description This full-time Cost Analyst role is an in office position based in Gurugram.

The Cost

Analyst will review and analyze cost data, prepare cost estimates, and support budgeting and forecasting activities for client projects and internal operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring cost performance, identifying variances, and recommending cost control measures to improve efficiency and profitability. The role involves maintaining accurate cost records, collaborating with finance and operations teams,



and preparing reports and presentations for management decision-making.

The Cost

Analyst will also assist in developing and refining cost models, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant financial standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Cost Control and Cost Management skills to monitor expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess Cost Accounting and Finance skills to handle cost allocation, support budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA, CA finalist) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
