Role Description The Cosmetics Production Manager (Dermaceuticals) is a full-time, in office role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for cosmetic formulations. This role includes planning and scheduling production batches, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory standards. The manager coordinates with quality assurance, quality control, R&D;, and procurement teams to maintain product quality, optimize resources, and support new product introductions.





Daily responsibilities involve managing production staff, implementing safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role also requires tracking production metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting audits and inspections to ensure consistent, compliant output.

Qualifications

- Sound knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes, formulation techniques, and industry regulations.
- Experience with production planning, inventory control, and workflow optimization in a GMP-compliant environment.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop production teams, with a focus on safety, discipline, and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with QA, QC, R&D;, and supply chain functions to meet production and quality targets.
- Proficiency in maintaining production records, SOPs, and documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology or Chemistry
- Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, or dermatology product manufacturing is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Comfort with using production management software and basic MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
- Commitment to quality, safety, ethical practices, and continuous learning in a regulated manufacturing environment.
