We are looking for a Management Trainee to gain hands-on exposure across various business functions within the fashion and retail industry. The role will involve working on live projects, implementing SOPs and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on projects across Operations, Marketing, Retail, Business Development, and other functions.
- Support day-to-day business activities, reporting, research, and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to SOPs and defined processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project and process execution.
- Analyse data and prepare MIS, reports, and presentations.
- Identify process gaps and support corrective and improvement initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.




- Gain practical exposure to different business functions and contribute to organisational initiatives.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Marketing, Business Management, Retail/Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a robust willingness to learn and take responsibility.
