We are looking Corporate Lawyer is a legal professional who advises companies on business-related legal matters, contracts, compliance, transactions, and corporate governance.

Experience : 2-4 Yrs

Location : Noida - 63

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and business contracts
- Handle corporate agreements, NDAs, MoUs, vendor/customer agreements
- Advise on Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), joint ventures, investments, and restructuring
- Manage legal risks and provide legal opinions/advice to management
- Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities
- Handle corporate disputes and litigation coordination
- Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions




- Maintain corporate records and support Board/Shareholder matters

Typical Must-Have Skills:

1. LLB/LLM degree
2. Solid knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law
3. Contract drafting and negotiation
4. Knowledge of Companies Act and regulatory compliance
5. Legal research and documentation
6. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
7. Experience with corporate transactions and due diligence
