Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Account Manager role based in Hyderabad.
The Corporate Account
Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, including insurance companies, TPAs, and large organizations, to drive patient referrals and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new corporate business opportunities, negotiating and renewing corporate agreements, coordinating with hospital operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
The role also involves preparing and analyzing business reports, tracking corporate account performance, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and compliance standards.
The Corporate Account
Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain high client satisfaction and strengthen KIMS Hospitals’ corporate network.
Qualifications
- Robust relationship management and client servicing skills, with experience handling corporate clients or key accounts.
- Proficiency in business development, negotiation, and contract management to support corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and use basic MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across clinical, administrative, and finance teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally for client meetings or corporate events as needed.
