Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cook role based in Begusarai. The Cook will prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and portion guidelines, ensuring taste, quality, and presentation standards are met. Daily tasks include food preparation, basic cutting and cleaning of ingredients, operating kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation in all work areas.

The Cook will assist in planning menus, managing inventory, and properly storing food items to minimize waste. The role also involves coordinating with other kitchen staff, following food safety regulations,



and supporting smooth meal service during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Strong practical cooking skills, including food preparation, basic knife skills, and familiarity with common cooking methods.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, with the ability to follow health regulations consistently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Team-oriented mindset, with good communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with other kitchen and service staff.
