- Onboarding New Joiners.
- Person need to ensure proper resolution is provided to CANDIDATE
- Assist as necessary during times of work load in another process
- Work closely with other internal departments on as and when required.
- Welcoming new hire
- Preparing onboarding kits.
- Providing information, guidelines as needed.
- Addressing the queries of new hires regarding their payroll and contracts
- Gathering and processing paperwork (e.g. NDA and contracts etc.)

Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA
