Lead high-value contract negotiations and finalisation, including client agreements, subcontracts, joint ventures, and consortium, ensuring risk protection and business continuity.

- Oversee and guide the entire life cycle of claims management, including identification of variations, preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, cost impact analysis, and resolution.
- Act as the key decision-maker for dispute resolution—working closely with legal teams, external counsel, and senior client representatives for arbitration, mediation, or settlement.
- Mentor and build capabilities of contract teams across Business Units (BUs), including functional audits, policy adherence, SOP training, and succession planning.
- Liaise with leadership across departments (Legal, Finance, Planning, Execution) to ensure holistic governance of contract risks and cost optimisation.
