We combine research, creative judgment and strong execution to help founders share their expertise, build authority and grow their presence online. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team on content for established personal brands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring a Content Strategist/Scriptwriter. Full-time and freelance opportunities available. We’re open to both full-time team members and freelance collaborators. For freelancers interested in joining full-time, there’s an opportunity to grow into that role if the collaboration is a robust fit.

You’ll own both content strategy and scriptwriting: researching ideas, choosing relevant angles, developing original substance and writing finished short-form scripts. You’ll also identify strong clips within long-form content. You’ll initially write for Tanishq’s personal brand, with opportunities to support client accounts as well.

We’re looking for someone who understands why a video performs and can turn that understanding into compelling work. You’ll research successful videos, identify their strongest hooks and structures, and adapt those elements into fresh scripts with a founder’s own voice, expertise and perspective.

You’ll use existing content, voice notes and credible research to develop useful advice, distinctive insights and stories worth watching.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Find relevant outlier videos and explain why their ideas or formats suit the audience.
- Adapt proven hooks and structures into original scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.




- Match each founder’s tone and voice using their scripts, videos and feedback.
- Add useful substance through the founder’s expertise, personal stories or credible research.
- Develop supported contrarian insights that give viewers a fresh perspective.
- Identify strong moments in long-form videos and prepare clip briefs with source timestamps, transcripts and clear rearrangement notes.
- Collaborate with the founder and editors, refining scripts through feedback and performance insights.
- Use AI tools effectively while taking ownership of research, accuracy and creative judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong short-form writing samples or a relevant portfolio.
- Excellent written English that sounds natural when spoken.
- A clear understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
- Strong research skills and the ability to distinguish useful insights from generic advice.
- Ability to adapt your writing to different personalities, audiences and niches.
- Familiarity with short-form video and the needs of an editing team.
- Confidence using AI tools while checking sources and improving the output.
- Reliable communication, attention to detail and follow-through.

Experience writing for founders, personal brands or content agencies is a plus.
