Role Description As a Content Creator at Zlan Creations, you will develop and produce engaging content across digital platforms, including social media posts, short-form videos, reels, blogs, and campaign assets. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to translate brand objectives into compelling stories, visuals, and copy that align with each client’s identity and target audience. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, scripting and storyboarding, coordinating shoots or asset creation, adapting content for different platforms, and monitoring performance to refine future outputs.

You will also contribute to campaign planning, support influencer collaborations with content ideas and deliverables,



and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across brand touchpoints. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring regular in-person collaboration and participation in creative sessions.

Qualifications

- Content creation and storytelling skills, including experience with short-form video, social media content, and visual-driven narratives.
- Copywriting and editing abilities for digital platforms, with a strong command of clear, engaging, and brand-aligned written communication.
- Basic design and multimedia skills, such as familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable software for creating and refining visual assets.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices, including audience engagement, platform trends, and performance-focused content adaptation.
- Collaborative skills for working with designers, strategists, and influencers, along with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong research and ideation capabilities to develop fresh concepts, stay informed on industry trends, and tailor content to diverse sectors and audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent output in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant educational background in communications, media, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in content creation.
- Prior experience in an agency or brand-facing role is an advantage, particularly with portfolios showcasing creative
