About QaaduQaadu is a growing Vegan Health & Beauty brand offering natural personal care, wellness and nutritional products. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Copywriting Specialist to join our team and help build engaging content for our growing digital presence.

Role OverviewThe Content & Copywriting Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, clear and conversion-focused contentfor Qaadu across social media, website, e-commerce platforms, advertisements and marketing communications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty, wellness, skincare, nutrition and lifestyle, and be able to turn product features into simple, attractive and relatable content.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Copywriting

- Write engaging copy for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Develop captions, hooks, headlines, taglines and promotional copy.
- Write content for Reels, carousels, stories and static creatives.
- Create product descriptions for Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg and other e-commerce platforms.
- Write website content, blogs, landing-page copy and promotional campaigns.
- Develop ad copy for Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.
- Convert technical product information and ingredients into simple, consumer-friendly communication.
- Maintain consistent Qaadu brand tone and messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Content

- Research current social-media trends, formats and content ideas.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form videos/Reels.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, photographers and social-media teams.
- Suggest new content ideas based on current trends and customer interests.




- Support monthly content calendars and campaign planning.

Product & Brand Communication

- Understand Qaadu's skincare, personal care, gummies and wellness products.
- Research ingredients and product benefits to create accurate and compelling content.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate and compliant with applicable advertising/health-claim guidelines.
- Maintain a premium, trustworthy and approachable brand voice.

What We Are Looking For
- 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, social media content or a similar role.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling ability.
- Ability to write short, impactful and engaging copy.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form video content.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle brands.
- Ability to research products, ingredients and competitors.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative/marketing team.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness or FMCG brand.
- Experience writing Meta ad copy.
- Experience creating Reel scripts and content hooks.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic creative tools.
- Malayalam copywriting ability will be an added advantage, particularly for Kerala-focused campaigns.
