Who Are We Looking For?Candidates with 2–5 years of industry experience, preferably from the Quality Department, with practical exposure to:

- ISO Management Systems
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- ISO Documentation & Documentation Control
- Working as Management Representative (MR)
- Internal Audits & Audit Coordination
- Certification, Surveillance & Recertification Audits
- SOPs, Procedures, Work Instructions & Formats
- NCR, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
- Risk & Opportunity Assessment
- Management Review Meetings
- Quality Objectives & Process Monitoring

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ISO consulting and implementation support to clients.
- Understand client processes and identify gaps against applicable ISO standards.
- Develop, review and implement ISO/QMS documentation.
- Support clients during Certification, Surveillance and Recertification Audits.
- Conduct internal audits and assist clients in closing audit findings.
- Support MR activities and Management Review Meetings.
- Prepare reports, action plans and required ISO documentation.
- Coordinate with clients,



auditors and Certification Bodies.
- Conduct client visits and on-site consulting assignments.
- Travel to client locations as required.
- Manage multiple client assignments and ensure timely completion.

✅ Ability to work independently

✅ Good knowledge of QMS processes

✅ Willingness to travel to client locations

✅ Experience as MR / Quality Executive / QMS Coordinator / ISO Coordinator will be an advantage

QualificationGraduate / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Quality or relevant discipline.

ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
