We are looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage our database, handle the Dealer Management System (DMS), and support daily administrative billing operations.

Position Overview

- Job Title: Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator
- Location: KIMP Royal Enfield, Korba (Nahar Bypass / Dubai Road)
- Department: Administration & Operations
- Reports To: Service Manager / Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & DMS Management

- Update and maintain accurate customer records, vehicle service histories, and insurance details in the Royal Enfield Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Input daily job cards, workshop repair details, and technician allocations accurately.
- Log new vehicle arrivals, stock allocations, and delivery statuses in the system.

1. Billing & Invoicing

- Generate accurate service bills, retail spare parts invoices, and final customer receipts.
- Verify parts issued by the store against the active job cards before creating the final bill.




- Handle day-to-day cash, digital payments, and POS transactions, matching them against system invoices.

1. Inventory & Reporting

- Update stock records for incoming spare parts, lubricants, and official accessories.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (e.g., footfall, vehicle delivery, service revenue) for management review.
- Maintain digital backups of all dealership transactions and administrative files.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator (Automobile dealership experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate with a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA/PGDCA).
- Technical Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed, proficiency in MS Excel/Word, and comfort using online web portals/DMS software.
- Competencies: Sharp attention to detail, basic numerical aptitude, and reliability under routine workflows.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
