Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain effective vigilance systems to detect potential risks and prevent adverse events from occurring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to plant administration, including maintenance schedules, inventory management, and equipment calibration.

Job Requirements :

- 12-17 years of experience in HR Compliance or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Solid understanding of Compliance Lead responsibilities such as investigation, mis reporting, vigilance, and plant administration.

- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., OSHA) and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
