About the Role

We are looking for a smart, creative, and highly communicative Community & Marketing Strategist who can build and grow communities for Pulp Strategy across platforms such as Reddit and Quora .

The ideal candidate Must have their own Reddit and Quora profiles and be actively using both platforms and understand how online communities work, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be capable of developing a strategy to build an engaged community/army of relevant users and advocates around the company's brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to build and grow communities on Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms .
- Create engaging posts, discussions, questions, answers, comments, and other community-focused content.
- Identify relevant subreddits, Quora spaces, communities, and conversations related to our industry and clients.
- Build genuine relationships with community members and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Develop a long-term community-building strategy rather than simply posting content.
- Monitor trending topics, discussions, questions, and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Understand audience behaviour and create content that generates conversations and participation.
- Build a strong network/community of users, followers,



contributors, and brand advocates.
- Ensure all activities follow the rules and culture of each community and platform.
- Track community growth, engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align community activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Research competitors and identify successful community-building strategies.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas to increase engagement and community growth.
