Role Description The Communications Specialist – Work from Home role is a full time remote position responsible for managing internal and external communications for Fantastiqo Education Private Limited. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing press releases, writing clear and engaging content for various channels, and supporting strategic communication initiatives that enhance the organization’s brand and mission. The specialist will coordinate internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged, collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, and ensure consistency in messaging across digital platforms.





The role also involves monitoring communication outcomes, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to support effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating press releases, articles, announcements, and other communication materials.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications and Press Releases skills to plan, craft, and distribute impactful messages aligned with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess Internal Communications skills to support employee engagement, information sharing, and organizational alignment.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in education or e-learning, proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms, robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Education, or a related field is preferred.
