Bike mantatory Male candidates needed Roles &
Responsibilities: Visit customers at their given locations for loan/EMI collection. Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments. Explain payment details and assist customers with suitable payment options.
Maintain regular field visits and daily collection targets. Update collection status and customer information in the BMO/app on time. Submit daily visit and collection reports to the Team Leader. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain proper records of collections, commitments, and follow-ups. Follow company policies and instructions while handling customer accounts. Coordinate with the Team Leader/ACM for difficult or escalated cases.
Ensure assigned cases are followed up within the required timeline.
