Role Description The Coding and Robotics Instructor will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions in coding, robotics, and STEM concepts to learners in classroom and lab settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing lesson plans, demonstrating robotics kits and programming tools, guiding learners through projects, and providing constructive feedback on their work. The instructor will also support curriculum development, maintain classroom equipment, ensure safety and discipline, and collaborate with other educators to improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chennai, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in institutional activities, workshops, and student events.

Qualifications

- Robotics and STEM skills, with experience designing and delivering practical, project-based learning modules.
- Programming skills in one or more languages commonly used in education (e.g., Python, C/C++, block-based coding) and familiarity with educational coding platforms.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels.
- Training and facilitation skills, with experience in classroom management, learner engagement, and instructional design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring in coding, robotics, or STEM programs, preferably with school or college-age learners.
- Comfort working with robotics kits, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and basic electronics is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to diverse learning needs, and maintain an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
