- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy
- Identify new markets, industries and opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships
- Define the agency's positioning and service portfolio
- Contribute to major business decisions

SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION
- Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline
- Acquire and onboard new clients
- Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs and decision-makers
- Develop scalable lead-generation and sales systems
- Create a strong client acquisition engine

MARKETING & BRAND
- Build the agency's own brand and online presence
- Develop content and marketing strategies




- Establish the agency as a trusted growth partner
- Build campaigns that generate visibility, leads and authority
- Explore AI-powered marketing and automation

TEAM BUILDING
- Help build the founding team
- Recruit sales, marketing, creative and performance professionals
- Develop a high-performance culture
