Role Description The Co-Founder (Internship) role at Varma’s Trust is a remote position that supports the strategic and operational growth of the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the Co-Founder intern will assist in defining program priorities, conducting research on educational and healthcare initiatives, and contributing to outreach plans for children and families.

Responsibilities include supporting partnership development, helping coordinate fundraising and awareness campaigns, and collaborating on digital communication and marketing efforts. The role also involves drafting proposals and reports,



tracking project progress, and working closely with the founder and other team members to refine the organization’s mission delivery.
