CNC / VMC Operator – Fresher

We are looking for freshers with a Mechanical Engineering or related qualification to join our manufacturing team as CNC / VMC Operators.

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine loading, unloading, and basic operating activities.
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor machining operations and production quality.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers where required.
- Check components for dimensional accuracy.
- Assist senior operators and supervisors with production activities.
- Follow machine operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the work area.
- Report machine, quality, or production issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Mechanical Engineering or related Mechanical qualification.




- Basic understanding of machining and mechanical concepts.
- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of dimensional measurement.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC operations or practical training is an advantage.
- Positive attention to accuracy and quality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work according to assigned production schedules and shifts.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month Location: Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
