Job Summary

Responsible for supervising CNC machining operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and smooth shop-floor activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise CNC machine operators and daily production activities

· Ensure production targets, cycle times, and quality standards

· Monitor machine setting, tooling, and process parameters

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;

· Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams

· Ensure 5S, safety, and process discipline on the shop floor

· Handle basic machine troubleshooting and process improvements

Required Qualification

- Diploma / BE Mechanical

Experience · 4–8 years in CNC machining / production supervision

Skills Required

· CNC machining knowledge

· CNC setting and operations

· Drawing & GD&T; knowledge

· Team handling

· Production planning and monitoring

· Basic CNC programming knowledge

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
