Cluster Sales Manager Gold Loan

Location: Panipat, Haryana

About the Role:

RBL Bank is looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager Gold Loan to drive Gold Loan business across the assigned cluster. The role involves managing sales teams, driving customer acquisition, achieving business targets and ensuring overall growth of the Gold Loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the Gold Loan sales team across the assigned cluster.
- Drive Gold Loan customer acquisition and business growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/business targets.
- Monitor branch-wise and team-wise performance.
- Manage and develop business through branch, open-market, DSA, referral and other sourcing channels.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve individual and cluster targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Track leads, conversions, disbursements and business performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, branch teams, DSAs and other business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, KYC and regulatory requirements.




- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.
- Travel across assigned branches/locations as required.

Candidate Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Banking/BFSI/NBFC.
- Prior Gold Loan sales experience is preferred/required.
- Strong experience in team handling and sales management.
- Experience handling multiple branches, locations or territories will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing business/revenue.
- Valuable communication, leadership and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling within the assigned cluster.
- Candidates based in Panipat or nearby locations will be preferred.
