Role Description The CMMI Level 3 Plus Information Technology Partner will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT processes and systems in alignment with CMMI Level 3+ practices. This remote role includes collaborating with leadership to define process standards, documenting workflows, and ensuring consistent application of quality and performance metrics across IT projects. The partner will oversee process assessments, gap analyses, and corrective action plans, as well as support teams with training, coaching, and guidance on best practices.





They will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate IT governance with business goals, manage risk, and drive process maturity, efficiency, and compliance. This is a full-time leadership and advisory role with significant ownership of IT process excellence and organizational improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of CMMI Level 3 (or higher) frameworks, including process definition, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in IT service management, software development lifecycle management, or enterprise IT governance.
- Skills in process analysis, documentation, and optimization, including creation of policies, standards, and technical procedures.
- Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and provide training and mentoring on process and quality practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches) and related metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in CMMI, ITIL, or similar frameworks are a plus.
- Prior experience in a consulting, partner, or leadership role within a technology or digital design organization is highly beneficial.
