Responsibilities

- This role will be responsible for the DS clinical standards and strategy, creating and leading a Learning and Development framework for the DePuy Synthes Joints business.

- The individual will work closely with DePuy Synthes (Joints) Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to ensure the education on-boarding, foundations training, learning pathways and ongoing education needs of the sales clinical teams are established with a focus on clinical, product and selling skills.

- The CFST Manager will retain close links with regional and global DS Joints Education leads, participating in global strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build.





- The CFST Manager is responsible for designing and delivering the strategic DS joints curriculum to support growth in recent platforms and areas of procedural interest. Where possible, the CFST manager will partner with the Global Education Solutions teams to ensure that Global Foundations Advanced Mastery programs curriculum are delivered in accordance with Global standards.

- The CFST Manager will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate delivery mechanism of internal training programs and then delivering best-in-class product procedure training in IN and lead the technical training for employees within the DS sales clinical teams.
