Role Overview We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Clinic Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning of administrative and patient-care processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, communication, and team-management skills, with prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff.
- Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
- Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage inventory of medicines, consumables, and clinic supplies.
- Handle vendor coordination and facility maintenance.




- Prepare operational reports and share regular updates with management.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic/hospital management software.
- Ability to handle patient queries and operational challenges effectively.
