Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role includes understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams, and overseeing the timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Executive will prepare and deliver presentations, track project progress, and proactively communicate updates, feedback, and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications





- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Customer Service, focusing on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Ability to create and deliver transparent, engaging Presentations to communicate strategies, plans, and performance results.
- Account Management capabilities, including project coordination, timeline management, and basic budgeting or reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, or advertising agency environments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
