Job Overview :

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and relevant experience in Client Relationship Management and/or Sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, site visits, and property-related discussions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist clients with documentation, booking procedures, and other transaction-related requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Candidate Profile :

- 3–5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management / Sales.
- Real Estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Professional attitude with a positive approach.
- Ability to handle clients effectively and work towards achieving targets.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
